For more than thirty years, Thomas Payne has created architectural renderings by hand for builders, architects, developers, and designers.

He translates unbuilt ideas into detailed illustrations that communicate the character of a project before it exists.

His work ranges from custom homes and residential development to commercial projects, presentations, and marketing images.

Unique to his field, he continues to draw exclusively by hand, with an attention to atmosphere and the details that make a place feel like home.
